售后服务经理助理岗位职责

售后服务经理助理.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Accomplish annual onsite installation and commissioning tasks of CB and DS both Domestic and Overseas

2. Deal with yearly NCC repair and improve customer satisfaction 3. Monthly summarize travel cost and NCCA

4. Boost to improve SHVC product quality and reduce on site service cost

5. Enhance working efficiency of onsite service

6. Coordinate for new product development and to accelerate localization and coordinate to achieve sales targets

7. Improve technical skills of engineers

8. Finish department KPI of EHS Safety and environmental and occupational health

9. Acquisition and management of fixed assets


What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Over 10 years working experiences in High Voltage products

2. Over 5 years on-site service experiences

3. Trouble shooting experience in High Voltage products

4. Familiar with IEC/GB and DL standard


What else do I need to know?

1. Good English & good computer skills (MS Office)

2. Good communication skills

3. Highly self-motivated, sense of team work and customer-oriented

岗位要求:

1、大专及以上学历,电气自动化、机电一体化或相关专业;

2、一年以上SMT工厂文职类工作经验,熟练使用MS Office;

3、良好的沟通能力和协调能力;

4、了解电子产品制造工艺流程,对工厂的组织架构有一定认识;

5、有SMT现场工作经验或对SMT工厂常用设备有了解者优先;

6、会使用Photoshop或AutoCAD者优先;

岗位职责

1、根据客户中心需求,安排和调配服务部人员的工作

2、协助制定新人培训计划和培训课程,执行服务部新人入职后的培训安排和实施

3、配合客户中心实施KICECDTECHCON的培训工作

4、样品管理

5、服务工程师的M6系统更新检查和结案跟进

6、KIC产品的返修管理

7、服务部工作的内外协调

岗位职责:
1、负责售后服务部各项经营数据汇总分析及汇报。
2、负责售后服务部各类看板信息的更新。
3、协助售后服务经理做好部门人员业绩统计分析工作。
4、协助做好售后服务部日常管理、内外协调工作。
5、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求:
1、本科以上学历,能熟练运用办公软件。
2、统计类、财务类相关专业优先考虑。
3、有良好的人际交往能力、语言沟通能力、分析判断能力、计划和执行能力及团队合作能力。
